These ProMag aftermarket 15rd magazines for the 1911 .45acp are pretty much range toys. I have watched quite a few videos where these magazines are a little finnicky. I have also watched quite a few videos where they were modified to work pretty well. If you are an at-home gunsmith, I would buy these and give it a shot. Extended 15rd magazines that stick-out of your 1911 look pretty damn cool if I don't say so myself...
