SHIPPING POLICY
I normally ship between 2-7 business days. Some products I know which carriers I am going to use while others, I do price checks to find the most cost effective way to ship your product. If you have an account with a specific carrier, per your request, I will use your carrier but you will be responsible for the total shipping cost and all liabliity. I allow purchase pick-up by appointment only.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns allowed unless you were sent the wrong product. If your product is defective, 99.9% of manufacturers will make a return and exchange agreement with you for a credible claim. Any damage claims must be made with the shipping carrier, I will assist you as much as possible to rectify your situation. For some products, it might be necessary to purchase shipping insurance for your item at an additional cost to you.
